Grading, seeding, and sod installation requires proper machinery, topsoil for dressing, and regrading the lawn—as well as a premium seed mix found at Holly Days Nursery & Garden Center. In a sod application, Holly Days uses a locally grown premium fescue sod for immediate lawn establishment.
